I hadn't moved everything over from selling my old car and got bit, couldn't get the garage door open with no juice...lol  All my usual stuff I carried in the trunk and glove box was in a box just on the other side of the garage door.

I would say that you want to make sure that the juice is worth the squeeze so that you do not become a tired landlord yourself.

Yah, under such circumstances, a lot of insurance companies would likely go belly-up rather than even attempt to pay out claims.

HML are different.My personal relationship with my banker spans almost 3 decades and 4 different banks.. he is now in charge of all of lending for ORegon so its nice to have some juice at the bank.. and his previous bank I was the largest borrower so.. yes we enjoy working with each other and getting out of the office..
