My thoughts of parking my RV, on my Land, then having a few spots
Can I create a small 8 spot park with no utilities, a place to boon-dock as they call it. Or....should I ask the local electric people to bring in juice? Do I put in a well? Septic? Can I have residual income or am I dreaming? Looking for the dreamers and realists to offer feed back. I live in a county of NC where I can buy and acre of land for 30k. I expect a 100k build-out for 8 spots. There are 7 rv parks and other campgrounds in my area where you cannot get a pad for a one week stay.... for 5 months it's so booked.
