That is like walking into the store to buy juice that is for sale for $5 and paying them $7 for it because you want to pay more than what the juice is worth.

None were a match for me personally and many were not a strategy I wanted or too speculative (such as opportunistic strategy which is the riskiest strategy or investing in tertiary markets which also tend to be the first to go belly up when there is trouble etc).You probably actually want to look at your operating agreement to see what rights you have to books and records, etc.

Hey @Joe McLaughlin, I second @Dale K Poysers recommendation for Schlage.I will say I prefer the Schlage Connect Z-Wave lock vs the WiFi Encode series.It does require a Z-Wave hub but the radios it uses are much more efficient than WiFi and use about 10% of the juice.
