It is a shame that appraisers have so much power over a loan even when they are way off basis.  

Everyone I talk with has agreed with me what a shame it is to want to get rid of such a great property for the unknown of condos and their HOA fees especially considering prices in CT have surprisingly gone up significantly since Covid with so many NY’ers fleeing the city.

It would be a shame if that last property was the perfect home and those reviews were strictly created more because of a bad host (which you could have corrected) versus crazy neighbors.   

As of my current living situation I am not ashamed to say I still do live with my parents haha (like Thach Nguyen in the past) so I don't pay any rent there. however I do help with the bills so I am not a freeloader lol!

A shame people aren’t allowed to make honest mistakes anymore.

It would be a shame to spend extra time and money customizing doors to fit only to have one get broken by a tenant and have to repeat the process all over again.  

There are so many benefits and its a shame more people do not do it to get started. 

What a shame, nobody wants to deal with eviction of tenants even priced at a discount.

This is a shame as Visio has a very attractive rate.
