Tenants owe $17,000 in rent; Landlord sells for $70,000 loss

I expect to see more of these in the near future. The COVID moratorium is one of the worst actions taken in my investing history and will cause a lot of Landlords to walk away, file for bankruptcy, and more. As the gentleman states in the video, nobody else is being required to provide goods or services for free; only Landlords. Tenants are going to get so far behind on rent that they won't possibly be able to keep up.

I bet that Ford pickup in the driveway could have been sold to pay at least half of what they owe.

This post deserves the have the record for the number of votes given, and the brain dead short sighted morons in Washington, that passed this death sentence for many, deserve to get the votes they got at election time to be taken back.  This one ridiculous emotional bill, and the domino effect it will generate, I fear will do more harm to the economy now and in the future than what we are just starting to see now...and that future will bring the exact opposite of what the bill was intended to do.
