We don't (The lender) usually send a letter stating, "Hey, you have money here waiting for you" though so, if there are funds, its best to make yourself aware and make the claim.

We've recently finalized the court process of receiving the eviction execution letter by the judge, and are finally now able to legally evict the tenant.The attorney I'm working with has told me that I need to pay $3000 deposit to the constable, to cover for - moving costs, 2 months storage unit, sheriff and a few other fees.

Don't think so - - that's still MINGLING of funds.Consider your entity as being 10,000 miles away and you have to formally communicate with Notary Docs, Notes, Letters from the Board of Directors - - this will help you stay focused.
