Absolutely new to REI!!!

Hello guys,

I'm new to REI and I just wanted reach out to the community and get some pointers, tips, warnings, etc.... I'm considering starting off this journey with wholesaling; due to the fact that I won't be working with alot of funds at this moment. Any ideas, info or point of directions is and will be greatly appreciated!

@Jamiel Strickland thanks man. I was literally getting in the car to start driving around; when your message popped up. I got a list off listsource and I narrowed it down to the most properties in the hottest zip codes. So I’m hitting the ground running today(so to speak). Not looking forward to paying for this gas though!!!! Thanks for the tips!!!! I’m sure I’ll contacting you and posting alot more questions SOON!!!
