There are several cash flow markets, particularly in the Midwest but what I like about Indy and KC is not only do they cash flow well, the have strong economic and demographic fundamentals such as job and population growth.

I need some help on recommendations of where to list it on the web and any general recommends you have.Zillow/Trulia/Craigslist are the most obvious but I know I’m missing something.Home is more of an executive type home, great school district, desirable area.Thanks!

The web portal doesn't update anything neither even after the interest has been distributed.

I've looking at a commercial real estate web site.

Its the most valuable site I think on the entire web.

However, this tenant is elderly and has no web experience.  

I've been digging around the forums here, and the far less informative world wide web, about the rules for creating and breaking apart real estate portfolios and I haven't found what I'm looking for.

Without those, the market fundamentals don't matter.

My fundamental thinking changed about finances as soon as I read Rich Dad Poor Dad.
