I have also done everything carpentry in New home construction, From Concrete to Roofing and everything in-between on Infill properties.I enjoy playing Racquetball and trying to get better every time I go out.

I am relatively young (42) and I enjoy the type of work I do so I am not looking to get rich quick.

This is not really my area of expertise - but also know what is considered maintenance and can be deducted this year and what is an improvement and can be depreciated over time.

I decided that I want to start actively pursuing this interest in the hopes that I can soon retire from retail and in 15-20 years from now I will have enough investment properties to sustain a comfortable lifestyle that I can enjoy.

Luckily, I missed the bubble.When I am not working, I enjoy SCUBA diving with my wife, brewing beer, running, cooking, and reading.Anyhow, looking to make introductions.
