Hey it's Tim Ohearn and I'm from New Jersey. New to this site... looking to network with like-minded investors. I'm interested in acquiring cash-flowing multi-family and apartment complexes by expanding my markets around the U.S. Also interested in learning about note-buying and other types of real estate investing. Really enjoy listening to the podcast and looking forward to learning as much as possible!
