Greetings BiggerPockets! My name Is Reilly Kushnir, from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. I am 22 years old with no experience in RE. I currently work as a drywall installer in new homes, and condominiums. For builders like Qualico. I have also done everything carpentry in New home construction, From Concrete to Roofing and everything in-between on Infill properties.

I enjoy playing Racquetball and trying to get better every time I go out. My motto Is to absorb as much as I can from anyone who is willing to offer advice. As lots of the guys playing have been playing for longer then iv been alive. I hope to apply this motto to RE.

I have recently fallen in love with audio, Podcasts and Audible. I have listened to all 60 of the BP podcast, and most of them multiple times. As well as 20 audiobooks since just before Christmas.

My Plan is to start off with wholesaling. Make as many connections and relationships as possible as well as a quality deal flow. I want to build an online funnel not just for my area but across Canada. Then I will pick my target area and start picking up flips, and buy and hold cash flowing properties. One day I hope to be developing large condominium projects. And maybe plan, develop and execute a suburb project.
