Rookie Real Esate Investor, Jacksonville Florida
My name is Mark Ferguson and I live in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area.. I currently work in retail as a manager at a large corporation. I gained interest on May of 2014 in real estate, specifically, rental investment properties after having two that I have bought. I decided that I want to start actively pursuing this interest in the hopes that I can soon retire from retail and in 15-20 years from now I will have enough investment properties to sustain a comfortable lifestyle that I can enjoy. I started researching information/ideas on the internet and actually downloaded a beginners guide to real estate produce by biggerpockets on my iPhone.This lead me to the forum and I am starting my networking here on this website. I am interested in soaking up as much knowledge as I can and to eventually be a full time experienced real estate investor.
