The place is difficult to keep warm in the winter and the old chimney is hooked up to the old oil furnace is no longer in use.

I have been in contact with multiple banks and just haven’t felt that warm and fuzzy about anyone I have talked to or done business with.

Especially if you could focus on student housing, Georgia Southern is expanding as a university and becoming a viable alternative to other big state schools like UGA since those are becoming more and more competitive to get into.

They were also able to take a second lien holder position, although as mentioned earlier that is more for warm and fuzzies as it would not do them much good in the case of an actual foreclosure type scenario.  

I have also been looking into student housing rentals by Frostburg State University because the prices seem much more feasible. 

I'm a Marine and currently finishing a finance degree at the University of South Florida.
