New Investor in the Tampa Area

Hey Folks,

My name's Aaron and I currently live in Tampa, FL! I've been a longtime listener of the podcast and reader on the forums here, but this is my first post. I'm a Marine and currently finishing a finance degree at the University of South Florida. I work as a research analyst for a commercial real estate brokerage here in town. For as long as I can remember I've been interested in investing, but just recently had my interest piqued by the world of investment real estate. I'm hoping to meet some new people here and am particularly interested in finding an experienced investor in the Tampa area who would be willing to take me under their wing! I'm more than happy to add value however I can in exchange for someone sharing their knowledge; whether that be rolling up my sleeves and doing work on properties or bringing deals! I look forward to getting to know you all and am happy to officially be a part of the community!
