Hello world! My name is Charliyn T.. I’m new to real estate and am originally from DC. I’m currently a Product Manger for a tech startup in the bay. I’m excited to move to Los Angeles soon and hopefully start my live ’n hack journey :D

My sis introduced me to BiggerPockets and I been listening to the podcast ever since.

I’m looking to connect to people using real estate to achieve financial freedom! I plan on soaking up all the information I can :) Thanks ahead of time for sharing advice with me!

Welcome Charliyn! What part of LA are you moving to? I'm in Venice.

I assume you mean househack out here once you're here? The numbers don't really support that much, but it's of course an option. A lot of LA-ers (myself included) invest out-of-state because of it. But either way, fun new journeys ahead! Glad to have you on the site.
