The information freely given here comes from successful Investors who have been there and done that and for the most part want to see others succeed.

I have read through the guide and will be posting a couple initial questions I have to get me headed in the right direction.From what I have seen, this is an amazing community dedicated to helping others succeed and I could not be more excited to be a part of it!

Most people are not doers so even if I do help them, they still won't succeed.  

But....without each other, we wouldn't have succeeded.  

@Matt Friede I think you will find not only in the BiggerPockets community, but in the Real Estate investing community the community is full of people who want to help each other succeed.

@Zachary Blanchette ,....don't wait for a "mentor"....many on BP, less equipped than you, are diving in and succeeding.

I'm excited about you enthusiam and committment to succeed.

You probably couldn't meet someone as young, mature, and dedicated to succeed.

BP is loaded with all the information you will need to succeed in whatever niche of real estate investing you wish to pursue and the community is filled with knowledgeable investors and professionals to learn from and connect with.

I understand that feeling and I was in that situation regarding with spouse and wasn't succeed.
