New member in Hampton, Va

Hello BP! My name is Alexis Grassette i am from Puerto Rico but due to work(Navy) i live in Hampton, Va with my wife. For the last couple of days i have been creeping BP and i am interested in getting started with real state more specifically with BRRR. With my lease coming to an end soon (Roughly 6-8 Months) I was thinking of buying a house and atleast get started that way instead of renting an apartment like we are now. Currently in the process of getting the wife onboard with this idea, she isn't convinced but with the help of you guys hopefully i get her interested enough to read and learn about it like i am.
