i have a $1000 that i would like to invest back into my business and am wondering how i should go about it.i have been doing a direct marketing campaign to absentee owners for about 7 months and have targeted them three times now. 

i have been doing a direct mail campaign to people and have not recieved one call where it sounds like it has potential. 

I am looking to start a direct mail campaign for my personal holding company.

I still look at the properties, but only the ones where I know the numbers work.My VA not only analyzes deals from the MLS, but she works on my direct mail campaigns and scours Craigslist.  

I know for a fact that quads exist in the particular cities and county of interest.In a situation where Listsource does not produce any results, what's the best way to then find property addresses for quads that I can then use for a direct mail campaign?

Basically I target absentee high equity owners and mail on a 6 month campaign - I hit the same addresses once a month for at least six months.  

I also have an online database to find cash buyers and it is part of my marketing campaign.

Currently we are using something that is a bit more advanced called Active Campaign.

Hey @Max Garcia JrMost people will say that a strong consistent direct mail campaign will be the best way to go.What else are you doing other than "Driving for Dollars"?
