Hey Guys! I'm new to BP and REI. Please share a few ways to generate better leads. This Driving for dollars is not cutting it. I need volume and efficiency. I'm mainly trying to wholesale.

Please note that methods like Direct Mail, post cards and doorknocking are ways to contact owners of leads you generate. They don't necessarily find you the leads.

Who will you send mail to? Whose door are you going to knock on? Post cards to whom?

First generate the leads, then develop a strategy as to how you will contact them AND obtain their interest in actually selling to you. This is assuming you are doing what we call 'push marketing'. This is where you contact property owners versus 'pull marketing' where you market your service to the public and have property owners contact you.

There's a post on here about 50 ways to find motivated sellers. Very informative.
