Sorting Incoming Leads

Hey BP,

We hired our first employee! It's been a few weeks and the extra time has allowed for more critical thinking which is great.  I am trying to think of better ways to organize our incoming leads than just an excel spreadsheet.  It gets the job done but I imagine a better way of organizing the incoming leads.  Does anyone use anything else that they like and would recommend?

Thanks so much!

You need a CRM. There are plenty of free ones that will do the minimum that you need to get done. Hubspot has a free one. If you are only using a spreadsheet, that's just organizing. You need to be able to market to the list using email and phone and text and you do that from inside of a CRM. If you use a source for your leads, many of them have small CRM capabilities inside.
