yes, there are examples where landlords will let things slide once in a while - with communication and an executed plan from the tenant. obviously, this time of the year - with our consuming U.S.A. - the presents, the tree, etc. all can take priority.

So if you are trying to follow-up with a motivated seller, tenant, attorney, RE agent, or anyone that might need several reminders Boomerang will schedule future emails for you, and you can have it only send a reply if you haven't received one back for the person you are trying to communicate with.

Mike I don't think there is a credible way to use those types of clauses, regardless of how you communicate them - personally, I would not take you seriously in the first place, if you had a clause "subject to approval by my partner" in the contract.
