You need to now find solutions to these problems.Your problem is that you aren’t back letting go.

When you guys run into this in a rehab, (or in my case, your personal house) what have you found to be the best solutions?

Additionally, if the best solution for the homeowners turn out to be listing the property for sale in the traditional way versus at a discount, I can use my license to represent them and still get paid.In the meantime, I will be asking questions in the group and I look forward to interacting with all of you and becoming a successful real estate investor. 

I have found that my biggest strength is in cultivating and maintaining relationships and connecting a person to a need and/or a need to a solution.

Insurers dont like to have part of a portfolio when covering umbrella based on my experience.Looks like you need to look outside of USAA to find solutions to insure your entire portfolio to include business and personal/ auto.

Alternative Solutions ...List it with a relocation company.

They mention a potential solution for searching for listings instead of Zillow and Trulia - local brokerage websites, or, get your realtor license and join the MLS.
