No bathtub in the master bath?
When you guys run into this in a rehab, (or in my case, your personal house) what have you found to be the best solutions? My wife and I are trying to figure out what to do with our master bathroom remodel. There is currently only a shower and not room for a separate tub. So our options are to leave it like it is with only a shower and just update to look, or put in a tub/shower combo. What have you guys done in the past and what do you think brings the best resale value? Thanks for your help!
