To quality control that and make sure your signs don't end up in a dumpster, give them clear instructions to take a picture on their phone of each sign they place.

And a really top quality investor ... before these laws came into effect you had good people ( i put myself in that bucket as I bought a couple hundred homes in Portland this way)  and bad bucket .. those that just got title and totally screwed the seller.

Hire a professional photographer, not only will they take high quality photos, but they will also give enough photos for you to lay them out in a way that gives a walkthrough of the property.
