Hire a mentor or a known producer or get an experienced partner with a track record of making money, someone that does what I do to create leads - spend some of your money on radio ads - not just a bunch of words that run for 60 seconds - a verbal representation of what you do and what you want - it should be professionally recorded and should run for several months on talk radio shows (call me - you can listen to my ads - I have been using this system for years to get some great leads)Be careful with your cash - it won't last long if you make poor decisions.Good luck
