After stumbling across the podcasts, I have finally made my way over to the BP forums.  I am ultimately looking to buy & hold some rental properties to produce an income stream when I am retired (and hopefully to help fund an early retirement).  I'm here to seek information to help me plan my strategy and get some info before I take the plunge.  (I'll get a profile pic up eventually.)
