Asheville, NC - Best areas for investment
We're interested in a buy and hold, income producing, probably single family residences in the Asheville area.
Our budget is $220,000 and below.
Any suggestions on the optimal areas, including the surrounding areas such as Black Mountain, Swannanoa, and Weaverville? Is Oakley safe, or high crime?
I look forward to hearing from you!
