@Kera Takacs my standard advice on this is that sooner or later you will have to do an eviction, so your best bet is to contact the attorney you would use for that eviction and pay them to either review your proposed lease or provide you with their recommended lease.Since they are the ones who will have to defend the lease in court, should it ever come to that, I think they're the ideal ones to review or provide the lease in the first place.

For example if your limit is 10k and you owe 5k your utilization ratio is 50%. your goal is to get this to under 20% and ideally under 10%.
