Hello my name is James i am taking my real estate test in a few days and ive been seeing alot of people ive spoken to talk about niches and where the state of real estate and one thing im seeing is alot of brokers and agents are trying to deal with short sales, and liens . I am a wholesaler so ideally i want to put both together if its possible, just dont know if it is or how for a lack of better words. So how do i get banks to work with me when i pass my test in less than a weeks time.
