Direct Mail Outsourcing

Are there options for outsourcing your direct mail program, when searching for SFR's? This would include list providers, printers and mail services. Ideally, I would like to be able to call out a specific zip code and/or buyer type (divorcees, out-of-state owners, etc.) and canvass that group. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of time and knowledge to be able to do this myself and outsourcing may be a good option. I can write the content, hand-sign, etc., but I would like the processing work done by others.

Have other folks done this?  Any key learnings?  Thanks all.
