Will I get dinged on the appraisal enough to make it worth changing the furnace ahead of time?

The terms of the financing (interest rate, balloon payment timing) need to make sense for your exit strategy.I would recommend getting a detailed inspection to ensure there aren't any major issues you're overlooking.

Fewer still will be persistent after the first week or two.

(This allows us time to raise rents plus appreciation over 5 years to then do a portfolio refinance to pay back the line of credit). 

We could have bought our first property with what we wasted with the course and in talking to many others that have used the same program, they also found it to be overpriced and a Segway to more and more up sells to explain why we had not been successful.  

I certainly wish it would take less time. 

Hi All,I moved down to Houston back in January of 2022, and have been living in the same apartment complex for the last 2 years now, but looking to finally buy my first house and want to implement househack strategy.

We’ve done a few live in flips and are hoping to get into our first house hack cus we’re sick of moving so often.

Many DSCR lenders do not care where your deposits come from, just that you have funds to close. 

My in season rates can be up to 3 times as much as off season.
