MY gut feeling is if your mailing Multi family owners. this will just look another rookie wholesaler no money piece of mailfolks in my mind that have multi are usually a little more savvy than the PREY that wholesalers deal with as in minority's and older folks in areas.But maybe you get someone who inherited it and does not know any better.I can tell you the folks I know that own multi.. they get phone calls.. not letters....
