Best advise for finding investors in Indiana?

As I'm sure you have already began to figure out I am not exactly interested in being a full time broker or GC, but am instead setting myself up to make maximum profits from real estate investments. I have been investing my money in professional licenses and the accompanying expenses leaving very little to acctually acquire property. Adam Reyher sounds you first need to pick something to do. Personally I recommend buying a cheap rental and learning on the fly if you are a hands on person with sometime which it sounds like you are. Also, as Craig Kantner mentioned why are you a GC? Are you doing work for other people and have experience in construction?
Good luck. I also live in B-burg. It's the best. Ha
