Hi Bigger Pockets family,I have been lurking and learning for a while now, so I thought I would stop in to say “hello” and introduce myself before I start posting all my questions.I have created my profile, listened to podcasts, attended a few webcasts, read 1000’s of forum posts, set-up my alerts and launched my first yellow letter campaign (so far a 3.89% response rate!!!).
