Hello, My name is Erik Schwartz.

My goals are to quit my job, and retire comfortably.

I am interested in helping investors in my area to make worthwhile investments that are win-win. I am eager to learn and grow in Real Estate.

Currently I am in the research stage. I am listening to podcasts, and reading books. I am also looking to attend classes at my local college for rei. 

Any help or suggestions for getting my feet wet are welcome. I am willing to work hard and learn fast.
