I'm 23 years old live in Gwinnett County (Metro Atlanta,Ga) have little capital but potential investors. I've been spending a majority of my time "after work" researching about wholesaling  tax delinquent and probate properties. I pretty much understand how it works on black and white  but need hands on experience. Anyone willing to offer mentorship or just any help even a phone call would work.
