New buy and hold investor from Shelby, Ohio

Hey everyone!

My name is Devin Berkani, I'm 21 years old, from Shelby, OH and I just purchased my first single family property at the beginning of this month with my brother and partner through our LLC. We also have a second property under contract and two more multi families under consideration. That's my fiancé, Carrie, and myself in my profile picture.

I'm very excited to be a part of Bigger Pockets.  I have been lurking the forums, reading the blogs, and listening to the podcast for close to a year now and I absolutely love the interviews and information offered through this community.  Although at the beginning of my investing career, I'm ready to start growing my network and meeting/learning from other investors.
