Following Mark's program, I replaced my executive income in 17 months and 3 days.In 2015, I completed 68 sales, in 2016, we have already completed 160+ deals and over the summer we closed on a $800,000 bulk deal worth in excess of $3,200,000. 

I'm interested to hear from anyone who has completed the masterclass/mentorship if they feel as though they got their money's worth.

With a 700 credit, and solid property income, you should be pretty solid to pull cash out of that property.

Or to just raise the rent to make it more worth while to deal with them.

I.e. total a month and is it worth it ?

Fortunately, all three inspectors (from different departments) were very supportive and one inspector even stated they will not return, even if another complaint is filed.I want to offer a cash-for-keys option, but since the tenant's attorney is from a nonprofit, I feel she will fight for her tenant to stay.

Doesn't appear that turning basement into livable square footage would be worth it at all. 

This is not an obvious thing for a beginner to figure out, but it is worth starting sooner than later as it takes time.
