I'm interested to hear from anyone who has completed the masterclass/mentorship if they feel as though they got their money's worth. Did you already own a mtr and used the class to fine tune your method or were you a complete newbie and used it to build your foundation?

Hi jasmine,I joined Airventure Academy with Jesse Vasquez about 6 months ago. In the time Jesse taught me how to connect with local businesses and to build a Rolodex of companies to book my property. He teaches people how to not rely on OTA (Airbnb vrbo) because what happens if they shut down like they did in COVID.

Since joining I went from having it 1-1.5 month vacancies to less then 2 weeks in between stays. I have also been able to acquire higher end bookings through relocation companies. In my opinion Jesse’s community is well worth it. It has accelerated my curve in real estate from 5 years to 1 year. I also made the money back in his class in about 2 months. i hope that helps

Hi Jasmine,I am actually meeting with Jesse's team this week. I'm hoping to actually use his mentorship/masterclass to accelerate our goals as he has experienced in the states that we are launching our business strategies. As with all mentorships, it is good to come into the space with a draft of high level goals and self-awareness. I know I need help with Go-To-Market strategies and train two members of my team to help as business relationship specialists. We are also owner-occupying our buildings so we need to know how to safe guard ourselves with boundaries as we are living in our buildings, Jesse had some similar experiences. I'm investing in his gained knowledge of do's and don'ts.

3 years ago when I first started my REi journey I thought I could do everything myself I’m big on DIY… (I did just that, I launched my first rental just like most of yall *BP,Youtube,books, I literally didn’t know what a mastermind even was , few months into my journey I started to feel stuck and couldn’t get the answers I needed.

ran into a few of Jesse’s YouTube interviews and I was hooked on MTR (Travel nurses was topic during this time) I tried doing it myself and failed countless times and I wasn’t sure If I was even heading towards the right direction.

Once I saw the opportunity to learn from the MTR king I jumped right in (was I scared ?… heck ya… but I was more scared of being stuck in the same place and losing money on this new rental I just launched, I was a 100% newbie)

I personally came into the mentorship program just to learn how to get travel nurses in my rentals (at the time it was my 1st rental property) .

I definitely learned how to get travel nurses in my rental but more importantly how to properly run a midterm rental business and get contracts with insurance companies and other industries I didn’t even thought of reaching out to (I learned more than what I thought of just by being surrounded by people with the same goal, and everyone was gracious enough to help guide me along, sharing their experiences and all the nuances in the journey that cut my learning curve/time).

The community is supportive and provides deeper insights on those ‘brain racking’ questions about MTR that you just can’t find anywhere else. I’m 3 years now into my REi journey and I’ve been free from my w2 and have all the time with my kids and got the house I promised my wife . My life completely changed after joining the mentorship.

This is certainly the place to learn , network , and grow your MTR business.

Hi everyone,

I am enjoying Jesse Vasquez's Accelerator Program. In just two months, I went from being unsure about which market to invest in to making a clear, informed decision. The program provided valuable insights into market analysis and helped me develop a clear vision for my mid-term rental (MTR) strategy.

One of the things I appreciate most about the program is its inclusivity. It's designed for investors at all levels—novice, intermediate, and expert. I consider myself somewhere between novice and intermediate, and the program has helped me set and achieve concrete goals.

The most priceless aspect of the program is the community. We rely on each other for support and motivation. My goal is to create a business, hire talent, and scale within a 1-2 year accelerated plan, ultimately achieving my 5-year vision. Like all new startups, you have to work at it to see the results. But it's not work if you enjoy it right! I'm having a great time!

The community keeps me focused on the prize! For my unique situation, it has been absolutely WORTH IT!
