Virtual Assistant for beginners

I'm just starting out in wholesaling. I was wondering if I should get a virtual assistant to assist me with cold calls social media video editing for youtube.Have any of you tried any virtual assistants. And can you tell me your experience with them. I.e. total a month and is it worth it ?

@Jonathan. McGee I agree with @Ruben Kanya 100% As a newbie I think that you shouldnt get ahead of yourself trying to outsource tasks when you havent done a deal yet. Dont get ahead of yourself. Start with a marketing plan. Start with learning how to run comps, how to estimate repairs, how to find deals, how to negotiate with sellers, reading and understanding a purchase agreement, finding an investor friendly title company, having an attorney create an assignment agreement for you, contacting investors to put on your buyers list etc. All those things are more important than trying to outsource your cold calling. I suggest doing everything yourself first before you try to outsource anything to anyone.
