Holy smokes there is some regional information here that is so wrong when used in context for another area.

Suprisingly they've been around some time but tend to be heavily fragmented due to regions (urban, rural & tourist destinations), target audience / demographics,...

Are there any unique lease provisions you use?  

I think Geneva is actually the only school in the Wayne Finger Lakes region that is required to have a true bilingual program due to the number of English as a Second Language students at various grade levels. 

Income in my mind is totally regional..

I am looking at oceanview/front condos.And of course any tips/info on pitfalls unique to remote investing in HI is appreciated.ThanksMatt
