Tub, Large Shower, or Tub/shower
I was wondering what buyers prefer in Master bathrooms.
A large tile walk-in shower with frameless door
A jacuzzi tub with no shower
A garden tub with a shower in it
A jacuzzi tub with a shower in it
The other bath has a basic shower tub combination.
We're in Florida if there's a regional difference.

As a buyer, my master bath preference would be a large tile walk-in shower; provided the 2nd bathroom had a tub/shower combo.
As @Andrew Davis stated, I think it would ultimately depend on the ARV ....
