Hey @Josh Ball, so unique for unique's sake could be hit or miss.

We want a slightly less discovered region. 

It's also important to look at the statistics of length of stay for that region.

Are you located in the Capital Region?  

In this situation we have a former-tenant  hyper sensitive to return of full security deposit (when unit wasn’t returned in good condition) and we are  experiencing a few unique damages.

These areas tend to provide the best balance of affordability and rental demand.That said, Detroit’s market is unique.

It is possible that over time, Google ranking metrics recognize the uniqueness of your key words, and you move up in the rankings organically (without a cost to you), so that you can be found easily on Google searches for your location.  

Every flip that I've ever done has been unique in some way, with unexpected happenings.

Lots of investment in the region as well so hopefully quality job growth will continue.
