I am a long time lurker and decided to join the fray.  I live in North Houston and have invested in vacation rental homes.  I enjoy real estate and the different areas, niches... that come with it.  My goal is to make consistent money via cash flow, tax strategies... fill in the blank.  

I am excited to finally join & post on the board!

@Lynn Burson welcome to BP! There are tons of knowledgeable folks here as you know, and the topic of vacation rentals seems to be heating up these days. I am currently rehabbing one of our long-term rentals and will be converting it to a short-term rental soon.
