None of the bigbox stores seem to have the size frame I need.

Deciding who or what is "essential" is not up to government and certainly not one man or woman Governor.No landlord should have to provide free rent just as no grocery store should be forced to provide free groceries.

The location is not "great", it's an older part of town, but it's desirable to middle income families for proximity to schools, grocery stores, and the highway.

You need to see a true hardship in writing not just in words what they are saying to you.Some grocery stores are doing great and still asking for rent relief.

I think alot of retail stores were already struggling with the rise of internet stores.
