Hi BP,

Nice to meet everyone. My name is Derald and I am a newbie investor looking to get his feet wet in real estate investing. I currently live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and I've always been interested in diving into the world of real estate. I will soon be in the process of going to school to receive my real estate agent license. I've been a lurker for quite some time so I figured this would be a good time as any to join and build lasting relationships.

Welcome! Glad that you’ve decided to dive into real estate.

If you are okay with virtual learning for your real estate license, I’d suggest Kaplan College of Real Estate.

Try some of the investor FB groups to help get motivated and learn from others.
