Has anyone had success using enzymes products to open drain field lines on a septic. If so what products did you use?

@JD Martin The products at the big box stores probably are a waist. There is one product that you can order online that claims to have a money back guarantee. It cost almost $500.
They provided reviews, but they wouldn’t provide bad reviews of course.
I read that jetting could damage the leach field pipes.

It's possible that you can damage pipes, but if you are to the point of jetting the lines the pipes are just about at the point of having to be dug and replaced/relocated anyway so you don't have a whole lot to lose. Depends on the material & condition of the pipes; jetting is essentially just pressure-washing the inside of the pipes to blast the material apart. Once it's blasted apart it still has to go somewhere, and if there's no drainage left in the gravel field that the pipes are sitting in then it won't matter. If you have fired clay tiles or decent quality plastic it's unlikely jetting will hurt the lines. But you also have to gauge it by cost and your other options. If you don't have any good area to relocate lines, then you may have to try to work with what you have the best you can.
