So spend time on BP every day, find a great agent and get hooked up with an MLS portal and then analyze deals every day, drive around and look at properties, go to meet ups, find a mentor who let's you do work for him - make sure that you do at least one thing along those lines every single day.

I think it's important to stress that there is a lot of information out there for free by being on BP and using google or bing but you should look for people who are willing to teach your or mentor you.

I have one mentor that says he always files and some small percentage eventually do pay off, and another mentor never files and just gets his property back and fixes it back up and re-rents it and gets on with his life.Good luck!
