Wholesale in Utah Valley area

Hey, I’m new to this, and I know it takes a lot of work, but my work isn’t cutting it on paying the bills and creditors are starting to breathe down my neck.

What I’m trying to do is find some wholesale deals for investors in the area to be able to pay debts and build up funds to start buying my own rental properties.

I’ve read quite a bit on the subject, but without knowing what, or who I’m looking for, I feel as though finding “deals” could be a pointless venture.

Best regards,

Richard M.

I would add that the Utah Division of Real Estate now consideres wholesaling a licensed activity, so you’ll need to get a real estate license. There are ways to get around it, but they’re kind of complex and I wouldn’t recommend doing it unless you had an experienced partner or mentor helping you.
