Here are a few real estate books I have found great value in.Guide to investing by Robert Kiyosaki,Emerging real estate markets by David Lindahl, the one you mentioned,Think and grow rich, Napoleon Hill,The millionaire next door by Thomas Stanley,I welcome the opportunity to pick up a book and learn everything I can to enrich my knowledge..Now for your questions, this is what I have come up with so far,1. my time line, will that mean how long I will hold the property?
